To be fair, *shame mode* until Joey taught me last year I’d been totally unable to get the hang of omelettes, they always ended up as scrambled eggs.

Cheese is the richest single source of calcium? Nonsense! Eat chalk, or even better, eat neat calcium. Sure, it might fizz a lot and give off hydrogen but you can’t beat it for strong bones.
Also love the mixed measurement of “230mg per ounce”!
